What did we do well this week?
Any opportunities for improvement identified? Procedures weren't followed which caused a number of mistakes to be made - see procedures review below * Hole core drilled in incorrect place * Turning up at jobs and not having all the correct parts on board * Merrick Circuit - tiling was done incorrectly so we now need an alternative
Need packing list for sign off on each job

TOOLBOX TALK: PROCESS REVIEW
Materials received - packed onto rack and delivery docket goes in TO BE CHECKED tray on bench
Materials checked - get job file from ORDERED pocket on wall upstairs, check what was delivered against what was ordered, sign and date delivery docket, staple to back of job info and put in TO ACTION tray upstairs (Admin will check if all materials are in and the job can be scheduled)
When installation is scheduled pack all materials ready to go on site
Complete job sheet info prior to leaving site - make sure you've noted if the job is complete or requires further action
Return job sheet to TO ACTION tray upstairs
Return any unused parts to stock
