  • Labour & Processes - Back to Basics

  • Where do we see ourselves in 12 months

  • Joey to become estimator / measurer

  • Replace Joey on ground

  • Job Advertisement for a shop fitter, joiner, builder or labourer. Make the ad less in your face

  • Rory to become more available which will help Peter and they can potentially start working 3 days a week when needed

  • Potential Apprentice? However Kell to be training him and spending majority of the time with him

  • Lunch break to be prioritised and taken at more of a specific time
